Kim has worked with leading organisations across a range of industries in the areas of business growth strategy formulation, leadership and business development, culture and organisational change.

​

Kim is an exceptional facilitator and speaker and is highly sought after as an Executive mentor, business adviser and coach.

​

Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Oregon State University where he studied while on a Track and Field Scholarship.

​

Kim has been a registered psychologist for 25+ years.

​

Kim was formerly the founder and Managing Partner of Grist Consulting Group for over 20 years.

SHEILA HARLOE

Senior Partner

​

Sheila has a background of more than 25 years spanning both human resource and business management. She is an exceptional consultant with a degree in Psychology and extensive experience in organisational behaviour, change management, cultural change, team development, diversity in organisations and communication skills.

​

Sheila has been instrumental to the success of many change  programs in large corporations across Australia and NZ.

​

She is also accredited in Corporate Culture Transformational Tools, a certified Master Coach, an accredited Cert IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor as well as accredited in Myers Briggs, DISC, VIA Character Strength Survey, and is member of the Australian network of Facilitators, AHRI and AIM.

MIMMA IALACCI

Senior Partner

Mimma has consulted for over 20 years in the areas of change management, organisational development, culture change, sales and service programs, management and leadership development and human resource management systems.

 

Mimma has extensive program and change management experience across a range of industries in Australia, NZ and Asia having project managed the successful execution of over 200 change programs with significant financial and cultural uplift. This experience includes major culture change transformations for companies ranging from 50 to 6000 people.

 

In addition her extensive experience in senior operations, people and change management roles in the financial services sector gives her the broad background that she brings to consulting.

GREG ZIMBULIS

Senior Partner

Greg has an extensive background in business development, leadership and management across a broad range of industries.

​

As a senior behavioural change specialist and consultant for the past twenty years, Greg has worked as project director, business consultant, facilitator, coach and mentor with a wide range of organisations at all levels from frontline teams to C-level executives. 

​

Greg has excellent communication, change leadership and coaching skills and is able to engage with large corporate senior leadership teams right through to SME business owners. Greg consults to a number of SME clients as coach and mentor and is highly regarded.
